ABOUT US

We are a small group fitness studio that offers small group fitness classes as well as personal 1:1 training.  We are all about making all of our clients feel unique as well as encouraging them to be accountable for all of their fitness goals.  Our clients tell us that our unique methods of training make them feel much better about themselves; inside and out.

Our goal is to encourage lifestyle changes in our clients.  We’ve found that through lifestyle change our clients have greater success in weight loss and better nutritional habits.

Many of our clients come to us because they feel intimidated by a larger gym atmosphere.  They really enjoy the classes and appreciate our supportive and personal methods of training.

Our class sizes are small so our trainers can focus on everyone participating in the classes as well as modifying any particular exercise for those clients that would need it.  We’re all about making every individual feel comfortable with themselves and it shows in their progress. Whether it be weight loss, fat loss or an increase in strength and stamina.
