BEGINNERS PROGRAM

Our Beginners Program is a 4-week program that meets 3X a week and is ideal for people that have a lower fitness level.  During the 4 week program, our trainers will begin by introducing all of the basic exercises ensuring that each client understands the proper form of each exercise.

FIT EXPRESS

Our fit express class is a 45-minute class geared towards those who sometimes don’t have the time for a full hour workout.  That being said clients tend to challenge themselves by pushing a little more during each class.

FIT CAMP

Our fit camp class is a one hour class that allows the clients a little more time for a workout.  During the class we encourage each and every client to challenge themselves whether it be adding a little extra weight to their workout or maybe an increase in repetitions.

BOXING

Our fitness boxing class is an hour-long class that teaches proper technique and is a great cardio workout and has many other health benefits including improving total body strength and it is a lot of fun.

BELLY DANCING

This is a low impact form of exercise that uses muscles you didn’t know that you have.  Belly Dancing helps to increase bone density and helps with weight loss and has many other health benefits.  Our experience instructor will work with all fitness levels and welcomes the opportunity to share her love and knowledge of belly dancing.
